Job Title : Vice President - Large Commerical Construction Projects
Overview :
The VP, ISD Projects, will lead the delivery of large-scale Energy-as-a-Service projects, ensuring execution excellence—on time, within budget, and meeting energy savings and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead project delivery teams to drive safety, cost control, energy savings, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee $50M+ projects with full P&L responsibility.
- Implement standardized project management practices across regions.
- Manage budgets, cash flow, contracts, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance and quality.
- Develop strong client relationships and oversee vendor management.
- Build leadership capability within project teams.
Qualifications :
Travel : ~50% to job sites / office locations.
