Position Overview

Tract is seeking a Corporate Paralegal in connection with its real estate investment business that will be stationed at Tract's headquarters in Denver, Colorado. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Counsel - LandCo in the Company's legal department. The position is a highly visible role that includes hands-on, frontline work across the organization and externally in the execution of large, industrial land acquisition transactions nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating land acquisitions and sales; managing acquisition and sales; working entitlement, development and construction processes; and working on corporate, infrastructure, vendor and all other Company transactional and regulatory matters.
• The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-friendly environment with limited day-to-day oversight.

Salary

$90,000.00-130,000.00 inclusive of base pay and bonus
