Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of vehicle makes and models

Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections

Utilize diagnostic tools and resources to accurately identify and troubleshoot issues

Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and in a timely manner to meet customer satisfaction

Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and new techniques

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent shop

Proven expertise with diagnostic tools and equipment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong communication skills and customer service mindset

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

ASE certifications are highly preferred
