Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to follow proper safety, health, sanitation, and food preparation practices, focusing on cooking, plating, and service for residents.
- Foster teamwork to achieve excellent care and food service for residents.
- Provide leadership in hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling kitchen staff.
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents as a supportive presence.
Qualifications
