Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Sales Associate at Faith Jewelers, youll play a vital role in helping our customers celebrate lifes most meaningful moments. Youll provide exceptional service, assist customers in selecting fine jewelry, process sales transactions, and help maintain the stores elegant and inviting presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized recommendations and styling advice to help customers make confident, informed decisions.
• Build lasting rapport and trust with customers to ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and maintaining records.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals while supporting the stores overall success.
• Stay current on jewelry trends, gemstone knowledge, and diamond education to provide knowledgeable guidance.
• Maintain the visual aesthetics of the store and displays to uphold a luxurious, polished ambiance.

Training & Support

We provide comprehensive training on our point-of-sale system, product knowledge, and best practices for customer service and sales. Youll receive hands-on guidance to ensure you feel confident and supported as you grow within our team.
