We are looking for an experienced Epicor Kinetic Developer to support and enhance ERP systems for a global manufacturing and distribution organization based in Maple Grove, Minnesota. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an opportunity to lead key initiatives, resolve technical challenges, and contribute to the optimization of critical business processes. The role requires expertise in Epicor Kinetic systems, with a focus on Advanced Requisition Management and Financial Planning & Analysis modules.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, security, reporting, and system maintenance of the Epicor Kinetic ERP platform to ensure optimal performance.
  • Design, customize, and maintain dashboards and reports for improved business insights.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, while managing IT Help Desk requests linked to Epicor Kinetic.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes, procedures, and training programs for system users.
  • Lead efforts to enhance serialization, tracking, and related workflows within the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial and manufacturing business workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership for new ERP projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
  • Drive system optimization initiatives to align ERP functionality with global manufacturing and supply chain needs.
  • Proven experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP systems, including Advanced Requisition Management and FP& A modules.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot technical issues within ERP platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of serialization and tracking workflows within manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of financial and manufacturing business processes in a global context.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively manage IT Help Desk requests.
  • Familiarity with ERP system implementation and optimization methodologies.
  • Experience in medical supply chain processes is a plus.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.
