Position :

LPN & RN Visiting Nurse

Job description

• Flexible Schedules (Create your Own).
• Traveling to a patients home to administer services.
• Helping patients maintain their independence.
• Pediatric, trach, vent, labs training offered.
• Administering at-home IVs
• Changing dressings and cleaning wounds.
• Updating doctors about patients health.
• Providing medical care to patients with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and injuries.
• Performing wound care, medication management, and disease management.
• Writing reports and communicating with the doctor after each visit.
• Full time, part time and PRN schedules available.
• Work in Close Proximity to your home.
• Patients range from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Additional Information

Clinical and Operational on-call to support in home field nurses.

Requirements

Current Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.

Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

Current BLS card.

One year prior Nurse (RN) experience preferred.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : $40.00 - $45.00 per hour (RN)

Pay : $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (LPN)

Expected hours : 10 25 per week
