What’s needed :

5+ years of experience managing industrial or light industrial construction projects

Proven ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout

Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination skills

Excellent communication and client management abilities

Must be local to Dallas or open to relocation
