The Personal Banker I plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong
customer relationships. As the first point of contact, this position is responsible for engaging in meaningful
interactions and assisting customers with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and
loan payments for both retail and business accounts.
A key aspect of this role is conducting consultative conversations to understand customer needs and
recommend appropriate banking products and services, such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards,
loans, and digital banking solutions. Personal Bankers receive comprehensive training and resources to
identify referral opportunities and enhance customer relationships. Participation in a retail training program will
provide the necessary skills to confidently offer tailored financial solutions, ensuring a positive and
personalized banking experience.
