We are seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to drive program-level delivery across Salesforce initiatives supporting Ascension's Clinical Transformation pods. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with clear accountability, while enabling strong partnerships across technical and clinical stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Oversee delivery execution across multiple pods within the Clinical Engagement tile (e.g., RPM, Metrics, Provider Services).
Partner with Scrum Masters and Solution Delivery Managers to improve estimation, unblock delivery challenges, and drive accountability.
Consolidate reporting across teams and provide clear updates to senior leadership.
Identify delivery gaps and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
Foster strong relationships with Clinical Transformation leaders and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in program or delivery leadership roles (beyond individual Scrum Master).
Strong Agile / Scrum background with ability to coach teams and improve delivery processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - able to get to root causes and resolve issues.
Experience partnering with technical and business stakeholders to align on outcomes.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred : Salesforce program delivery experience; healthcare or regulated industry background.
