Location : Fully Onsite in Orlando, FL

Compensation : $22.00-$25.00 / hour

What You'll Do as an Accounts Receivable Clerk :

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you'll be responsible for :

  • Applying payments and managing daily cash deposits.
  • Generate and distribute invoices based on the AR aging report.
  • Maintaining accurate records by updating the accounts receivable ledger.
  • Processing daily credit card deposits and preparing cash control sheets.
  • Responding to customer requests for invoice copies and documentation.
  • Organizing and filing check stubs and bank receipts.
  • Supporting the accounting team with additional AR-related tasks as needed.
  • What We're Looking For in an Accounts Receivable Clerk :

  • 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable (Recent grads are encouraged to apply!)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
