The Opportunity

The Functional Analyst D365 F&O is responsible for supporting and maintaining ERP and other accounting systems for the Finance & Accounting Department. This role acts as a point of contact and provides support and administration for these systems, is involved in process and system improvements, and is involved in system configuration, testing, and training activities. The Functional Analyst D365 F&O reports to the Senior Accounting Systems Manager.

What You'll Do

• Provide incident and task support for financial systems
• Collaborate with the Business Applications Team to provide support and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and other financial systems
• Assist in the documentation of systems and processes
• Maintain extensive knowledge of department processes
• Work with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and enhancements in financial systems and processes
• Assist in the development and coordinate testing of improvements and system updates
• Provide end-user functional training for financial systems and processes
• Act as a liaison to the Information Technology (IT) department regarding financial system configuration and needs
• Assist the Accounting Systems and Business Applications teams in maintaining integrations between related systems
• Assist with solution design assessments and scheduling system and process updates
• Responsible for the accounting functions of the accounting reporting systems and their impact on the financial statements and operational reports
• Ensure the integrity of the monthly system accounting data affecting financial reporting
• Actively participate in mergers and acquisitions system integration processes
• Additional related responsibilities, as assigned

• Change management skills to communicate system and process changes and implementations

• Strong analytical background
• Must be able to understand transactional and operational accounting
• Strong process analysis, risk and control identification, and problem-solving skills

• Must have strong information management skills to translate data into usable information
• Must be able to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required

Additional Opportunity Details :

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $76,800- $103,900
