They are seeking two reliable, communicative, and industry-savvy Customer Service Representatives to join their fast-paced office.

Job Description :

This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity for two Customer Service Representatives to support daily operations in a busy, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidates will come from a similar trade services background and are ready to contribute to a collaborative team, providing excellent service and managing inbound calls, scheduling, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Schedule and dispatch service appointments with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain organized and up-to-date customer information using CRM software
• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely and smooth service delivery
• Address customer inquiries, service concerns, and scheduling issues promptly
• Support general administrative functions as needed in a fast-moving environment
