The Texas Department of Transportation is seeking a Maintenance Office Manager III or IV in Saginaw, TX. This role provides administrative support in a maintenance office and may serve as a lead worker.
Job Responsibilities :
Administrative work to support a maintenance office, answering phones, internal and external customer contact, and dealing with Government officials. Providing technical assistance to others using computers and associated software. Analyzing and organizing data, record keeping and inventory. Creating and maintaining activity logs. Processing receipts and invoices for payment. Preparing and maintaining confidential and sensitive records and files.
Minimum Qualifications :
Maintenance Support Tech III
High School Grad or Equivalent in general education. 3 years in administrative or clerical support, customer service, or related experience. Valid driver's license.
Maintenance Support Tech IV
High School Grad or Equivalent in general education. 4 years in administrative or clerical support, customer service, or related experience. Valid driver's license.
