Kunes Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Automotive Deal Processor to join our growing sales administration team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all vehicle sales transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with dealership, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements. If you have strong administrative skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working collaboratively with sales and finance teams, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review all completed deal jackets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Verify required documentation including titles, registrations, finance / lease contracts, and applicable forms.
  • Accurately enter deal information into dealership management software (DMS).
  • Communicate with sales managers, finance team, and accounting to resolve discrepancies.
  • Submit completed deals to the accounting department and assist with month-end reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain secure filing and recordkeeping of all deal-related paperwork.
  • Ensure adherence to manufacturer and state requirements for transaction documentation.
  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements : Qualifications

  • Previous dealership administrative or accounting experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to work across departments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in business or accounting a plus.
