Responsibilities :
Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customersConsulting customers in a professional, upbeat mannerManaging all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retentionMeeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily / weekly / monthlyIncreasing customer traffic through local store marketingMaintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accountsMaintaining a clean and organized salonOpening / closing businessDaily administrative paperwork, and goal trackingQualifications :
High school diploma, or equivalentCustomer service experienceOne or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceReliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekendsFriendly competitive drive to meet sales goalsProven customer service experiencePolished professional appearanceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and organizationAbility to stand, bend, walk for 8 hours per dayOld Trinity Management, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
