We're pioneering a new low-ABV wine & spirits category in the alcohol beverage industry — and we're looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Representative to launch and grow our presence in Northern California.

The Role
We're hiring a Beverage Sales Representative / Alcohol Sales Manager who knows the Bay Area market. Experience in wine, spirits, or alcohol beverage sales is a plus, but not required — what matters most is being a natural salesperson who loves building relationships, winning new accounts, and driving sales volume.
You'll represent Ola Sol across on-premise and off-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, and retailers) while working closely with distributor partners. Once the market is established, you'll also have the opportunity to hire and train your own sales team
We're open to part-time, contract, and full-time candidates.
What You'll Do
Open new accounts, build strong relationships, and secure re-orders.
Educate distributors, retailers, bartenders, and consumers about agave wine.
Create easy-to-implement offerings that increase volume and margin.
Minimum 4 days per week calling on accounts (bars, restaurants, retail).
Partner with our distributor team to ensure alignment and growth.
Develop monthly sales plans, manage budgets, and hit KPIs.
Conduct brand education and build awareness through events.
Ensure all sales practices follow state & company laws / policies.
