Qualifications
1+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience focused on sourcing
Proficiency in using ATS and contact management systems
Experience sourcing for high-volume or niche roles in healthcare
Proven ability to identify and engage passive talent
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
