The Virginia Police Department is accepting applications and resume for the position of full-time police officers. Applicants must meet the MN POST qualifications to be licensed. At full strength, The Virginia Police Department has 25 Sworn Officers. Lateral entry available and qualified candidates will be accommodated DOQ. To include pre-loaded vacation and sick time. Excellent benefits package which includes : - Up to 6% deferred compensation match - health care savings plan - affordable health care plan with employer contribution to deductible, dental insurance and life insurance - 11 paid holidays, officers work 12-hour shifts, 4 on 4 off.
