Role Description
We are hiring a Founding Engineer / Head of Engineering to lead the next stage of CRWD's product development. You will own the technical roadmap end-to-end, including architecture, integrations, payments, and fraud prevention systems. You will work directly with the founding team to scale the platform, automate manual workflows, and ensure CRWD is built for growth and compliance. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership and execution.
Qualifications
- Architect and scale CRWD's platform, focusing on payments, verification systems, and APIs
- Design and implement secure and compliant payment flows (Stripe Connect, Trolley, etc.)
- Manage and mentor offshore developers and ensure code quality
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to define priorities and deliverables
- Own infrastructure decisions including hosting, database, and integrations
- Build automation tools to replace manual auditing and reduce fraud
- Define and shape engineering culture and development processes from the ground up
