The Regulatory Compliance Specialist II manages regulatory compliance issues and interprets new regulations affecting upstream energy operations. The Specialist collaborates with Operations Managers and may oversee compliance within a specific geographic territory.

Responsibilities :

• Analyzes and interprets new and existing regulations
• Advises operations teams on compliance strategies and implementation
• Maintains direct contact with regulatory agencies for clarification and guidance
• Monitors regulatory developments and assesses operational impact
• Prepares and submits compliance documentation as required
• Other duties as assigned

Education / Years of Experience :

Required : Bachelor's degree and minimum two (2) years' regulatory experience

Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Energy Policy, Law, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance or energy-related legal work.
