About the Role
As a PMIS Developer , you will support and enhance ANEs in-house Project Management Information System (PMIS), starting with a high-visibility, 6-year, multi-site design / build program . You will provide both development and user support, ensuring system stability, accuracy, and alignment with program requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level user support : troubleshoot issues, resolve tickets, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Perform backend development including database cleanup, module optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Configure custom modules, implement system enhancements, and manage feature updates.
- Prepare and execute test cases; conduct functional testing and validate system behavior against program requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Deliver user training sessions as system features evolve.
- Collaborate with program teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Ensure PMIS tools meet program controls and reporting standards.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in technical support, systems analysis, or software development, preferably in PMIS or project-based environments.Hands-on experience with Angular, Node.js, and TypeScript.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven troubleshooting experience.Excellent communication and documentation skills with a strong focus on end-user support.What We Offer
