Duly Health and Care - Lombard Full Time Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen : Depends on schedule with procedures Call Schedule : 1 : 15 weeks Sign-On Bonus Compensation : Highly competitive compensation and a track record of RVU potential. -Starting salary range of $450k-$500k. Step into an already established patient panel with a robust referral network-See a patient panel of 70% adults, 30% peds. -Exceptional support on staff : Team includes 15 otolaryngologists and 5 physician assistants-Idealized work-life balance commitment : Call is 1 : 15 weeks, virtually have call 2-3 weeks out of the year. Call will be at Edward Hospital and Central DuPage Hospital-EPIC EMRQUALIFICATIONS : Open to new graduates and experienced providers. This role does not require additional fellowship training and is 'bread & butter' otolaryngology. There is no work requiring facial plastics.
