What you´ll do

• The Engineer Process Principal position is a professional engineering position within the AO NA Engineering organization, that is responsible for scoping, designing, and modeling manufacturing processes, equipment, and plants used in manufacturing plants in North America.
• This position requires strong technical skills and an analytical aptitude to properly investigate data, implement change and drive improvement.
• The Process Engineer effectively interfaces regularly with all levels of Henkel, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Supporting process safety requirements such as : Basic and Detailed Risk Assessments, HAZOP, MOC, PSSR, LOPA, SIS, etc.
• Work as a member of project teams to support successful delivery and implementation of major capital projects within Henkel North America.
• Develop and implement process engineering and process safety guidelines, tools, and procedures for standardization and use throughout the company.
• Support execution of capital projects through project cost estimating, PHA's, procurement, contracting, construction oversight, commissioning and start-up as needed.
• Plans and executes projects to deliver results.
• Manages complex projects or multiple projects of defined scope.
• Directs collaborators to develop new processes for specific needs.

Role will support investigating, implementation and utilization of new processing technologies.

The salary for this role is $75,000.00- $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
