As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead complex, high-impact initiatives across infrastructure, internal systems, and cybersecurity operations. This role requires a strategic, proactive leader who can translate business requirements into actionable project plans, drive execution across multiple teams, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. You will manage cross-functional projects from conception to delivery, optimize internal systems, support secure operations, and foster collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Accountabilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Infrastructure, Internal Systems, and Cybersecurity (SecOps) to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Develop and maintain strategic project roadmaps, allocating resources effectively and aligning initiatives with long-term business goals.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate alignment and collaboration across diverse technical and business teams, ensuring shared understanding of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and ensure compliance with internal standards and security protocols.
