ROLE OVERVIEW :

The Senior Production Strategist is a front-end production leader responsible for shaping, scoping, and winning new and organic business opportunities. Acting as the bridge between possibility and execution, this role ensures opportunities are operationally feasible, financially sound, and strategically positioned for success. The Senior Production Strategist plays a critical role in improving win rates, building client confidence, and handing off projects to the Production team with clarity and confidence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Business Development Leadership

• Serve as the senior production lead on new and organic business opportunities, influencing feasibility, pricing strategy, and operational approach.
• Shape and execute the production response process, including budgets, timelines, staffing models, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Client Services, and Creative to evaluate opportunities, assess viability, and define scope and resource needs.
• Represent Production in pursuit discussions to refine deliverables, challenge assumptions, and drive alignment across departments.
• Present production strategies during pitches, demonstrating confidence and expertise in front of executive-level clients.
• Manage multiple simultaneous pursuits across varied scope, size, and complexity.
