Key Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling and preparing workstations
Provide real-time support during virtual training sessions and troubleshoot technical issues
Maintain records of training activities and participant progress
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
Additional training or education in a relevant area may be beneficial
Experience supporting virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams preferred
Ability to pass a federal background check
Must meet remote position requirements, including internet speed and private workspace
