Innovex is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Humble, Texas . This position plays a key role in managing end-to-end payroll processes across the United States and Canada . We're seeking a payroll professional with a strong command of multi-country compliance , who can navigate SAP SuccessFactors and collaborate across departments to ensure payroll excellence.

What You'll Do :

  • Process and manage full-cycle payroll for employees in both the U.S. and Canada , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state / provincial, and local payroll laws
  • Reconcile payroll data, generate reports, and support internal / external audits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from HR, Finance, and employees.
  • Keep current with legislative changes impacting payroll and proactively ensure compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support system enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle payroll experience , with a proven track record managing both U.S. and Canadian payroll
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable enterprise payroll / HRIS system.
  • Solid understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and reporting requirements in both countries.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and under deadlines.
