Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Non-Profit Management Trainee, located in Nashville, TN. The Management Trainee will be responsible for supporting various non-profit initiatives, coordinating events, conducting outreach and promotions, and managing volunteer programs. The role involves fostering relationships with community stakeholders, organizing fundraising activities, and contributing to strategic planning to further our mission of empowering young people.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
