As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facility. This role combines janitorial duties with basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to ensure our environment remains professional, efficient, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of facility systems and equipment
- Operate small hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure with precision
- Assist with minor repairs, installations, and general upkeep of the facility
- Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members and take direction from supervisors
- Report issues promptly and contribute to problem-solving efforts
