Reporting Manager Reports to :

  • SVP of Custodial Operations  Status : Exempt Type : Remote or Hybrid We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Reporting Manager to oversee the firm's client and investor reporting infrastructure.
  • This role involves leading a team responsible for client portals, investor reporting, and alternative investment data.
  • The ideal candidate will be innovative and forward-looking, with a passion for optimizing workflows and delivering exceptional service through reporting solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the firm’s reporting tools and systems.
  • Lead a team supporting investor reports, client portals, and alternative investment reporting.
  • Collaborate with the CTO to drive platform improvements, integrations, and data workflows.
  • Partner with internal reporting and operations teams to resolve inquiries and enhance reporting outputs.
  • Identify inefficiencies in reporting processes and develop solutions in collaboration with peers across the firm.
  • Ensure reporting standards are aligned with firm goals and meet compliance and service-level expectations.
  • Help create and partner with practice management as it relates to training and best practices.

    • Skills and Experience :

  • 3-5 years of experience in reporting, data operations, or client-facing investment reporting roles.
  • Experience with client portal technologies and alternative investment reporting is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
