We’re seeking a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN to provide quality care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehab facility.

LPN Pay :

$46 per hour
$69 per hour overtime
Travel pay packages also available for those who qualify
Weekly direct deposit with benefits available

Schedule + Timeline :

Now hiring for November start dates

Quick feedback and expedited hiring process

13 week direct contract with the opportunity to extend

40-hours per week with the potential for overtime

3 x 12-hour day shifts + 1 x 4-hour evening shift

Long Term Care LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse Job Description :

Work with a highly-skilled team to provide a variety of patient care services to the community of residents ranging from skilled nursing and assisted living to memory care and rehabilitation.

Provide direct resident care and assist with daily needs

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition

Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing tasks

Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care

Document care and maintain accurate records

LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements :

WI LPN license in good standing

BLS certification or ability to obtain

Clean background and drug screen upon hire

Ability to provide or obtain negative TB test results and work physical completed in the last 12-months.

Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

Compassion for residents in long-term and rehab care
