Derbyshire (East Midlands, commutable from Nottingham & Leicester)

£90,000 – £120,000 + Bonus + Benefits (potential LTIP)

They are seeking an entrepreneurial Commercial Director to join their senior leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to take a seat at the table and play a pivotal role in driving growth, customer strategy, and innovative commercial opportunities .

What you’ll be doing :

• Shape B2B & B2C customer strategies aligned to the company’s mission.
• Drive marketing and brand growth , attracting new clients and strengthening existing relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and demonstrate how to build lifetime client value .
• Identify and execute new commercial opportunities through acquisitions, partnerships, or expansion.
• Lead and inspire a passionate customer services team .
• Collaborate with the CEO and Board to monitor performance and set ambitious goals.
