Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide specialized speech-language pathology services to K-12 students through a fully virtual platform supporting schools in Minnesota. This contract role offers the opportunity to deliver assessments and therapy plans designed to enhance students communication skills within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments tailored to individual student needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans using teletherapy platforms.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive virtual therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with educators and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Hold current Minnesota state licensure; if practicing from out of state, must possess licensure in both the state of residence and Minnesota.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children in an educational or school-based environment.
  • Proficiency with teletherapy technologies and virtual service delivery.
  • Professional Liability Insurance coverage.
  • Comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099 arrangement).
  • Location : Virtual position serving Minnesota schools.
