Receive and prioritize for entry incoming orders or communications from web, mail, fax and email.
Analyze customer needs.
Provide product and program information.
Research accounts and set up new ones as needed.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite and Google docs).
Typing (40 WPM).
Experience in customer service.
General office skills.
