Summary : The Facilities Carpenter is a skilled professional responsible for performing a wide range of carpentry duties to maintain, repair, and improve the structural integrity, aesthetics, and functionality of Nouria stores, buildings, and facilities. This role requires proficiency in various carpentry techniques, a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Essential Functions :

Always adhere to expectation for jobsite professionalism including attitude, appropriate team dress code, conduct, organization, and cleanliness.

Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and details.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in commercial / residential construction with proven experience as a carpenter.

Utilize hand tools and power tools to measure, cut, assemble, and join materials.

Must possess the ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles.

Self-starter with excellent verbal and written skill.

Reliance on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and tasks.

Education & Experience :

High School diploma required.

3 5 years in commercial / residential construction, carpenter experience.

Job Related Skills :

Time management skills with ability to manage scheduled work with minimum supervision and complete on a timely manner with the most professional outcome.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications currently utilized by Nouria Energy.

Ability to lift 50lbs.

Ability to climb ladders including heights of 24 feet.

Ability to work on aerial lifts, booms, and bucket trucks.

Salary will be based upon an individual's experience level and ability. A wide range of benefits are offered.

Pay : $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours : No less than 40 per week
