Responsibilities include :

• Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and standards such as OHSAS 18001 : 2007, ISO 14001 : 2004, TS 16949, and McLaren's Business Management System.
• Supporting, fostering, and demonstrating Linamar's core values and leadership behaviors.
• Balancing customer, employee, and financial satisfaction by maximizing performance indicators.
• Supporting lean initiatives, maintaining 5S requirements, and participating in value analysis and engineering activities.
• Performing engineering analysis, design, development, validation, and release activities, including managing design changes and supporting production launch.
• Developing and managing DVP&R, supporting DFMEA, DFM, DFA, and quote processes.
• Coordinating CAD and CAE support, utilizing problem-solving techniques, and traveling up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 2-5 years of experience, familiarity with GD&T, manufacturing processes, and proficiency with MS Office and CAD / CAE tools.

Physical requirements involve lifting up to 30 pounds, sitting, using hands and fingers, occasional standing, walking, reaching, and vision abilities. The role may require up to 10% travel.
