Job Summary

The ProHealth Care Environmental Services team is committed to working as a team to provide a high quality, safe environment for our patients, visitors and staff. The Coordinator role was created to support this mission by functioning as a single point of contact and service delivery for many of the crucial functions of the Housekeeping Department.

External Job Description

This role is responsible to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties in an organized, timely and accurate manner. These would range from prioritization of incoming service requests to assisting leadership by creating reports, departmental forms and meeting minutes. It requires a flexible, multi-tasking professional who takes initiative to problem solve and keep the Housekeeping department at multiple locations on track. This is a customer service role that provides support to customers, staff, leaders and vendors.

Requirements

• The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, and experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
• Having up to 2 years of administrative work with systems experience (such as SuccessFactors, Sharepoint, EPIC and KRONOS) is strongly preferred.
