Job Description : -

Provide patient care using the nursing process in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Administer medications and treatments per standards of care and state practice laws

Develop and implement individualized care plans and educate patients / families

Maintain accurate documentation

Ensure patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately

Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives

Required Skills & Experience :

Active WI RN license (or compact)

Current NIHSS and CPR / BLS certifications

Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Flu

Prior nursing experience required

Flexibility to float to other units if needed
