Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with a focus on PCB design to join our team. You will work with the Engineering team on the design and development of complex circuit boards for advanced defense applications, designing boards for new, advanced counter UAS products, and helping to plan schedules, resolve costs, manufacturing, and electrical design issues.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Adaptable, eager to learn, and proactive toward continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a small team to rapidly prototype and develop new products
• 7+ years of related work experience
• Experience with PCB layout and layer setup
• Experience with layout of mixed analog and digital systems
• Experience with high-speed data and RF layout
• Knowledge of DFM
• EMC / EMU Design understanding

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

Education

Bachelor of Science degree or above in Electrical or related field.

Up to 10%.

It is an essential requirement for the person in this role to have a legal right to work in the United States and be eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization and DoD Clearance.

Salary

$140,000 - $160,000 annually, dependent on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and / or other factors. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus.
