WRD Utility Rate Analyst

The Clark County Water Reclamation District is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the WRD Utility Rate Analyst position. This position will be responsible for :

• Analyzing utility rate structures and updating the Cost of Services Analysis
• Assisting in the completion of the AWWA Benchmarking Comparative Analysis
• Using population, tourism and other economic metrics to prepare quarterly Economic Trend Analysis
• Participating in the rate setting process that validates data for future financial planning, capital improvement program and annual operating budget
• Understanding the operational components of Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW)

This is a confidential non-union position and is excluded from membership in the union.

This is an open and continuous recruitment; scheduling dates will vary depending on when the application was received and reviewed by Human Resources.
