The Service Delivery Center (SDC) is made up of high-performing, US-based resources who work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our federal and state clients. The SDC is a core component of the GPS practice. In this role, the resource would be responsible for daily processing and operational support functions across the practice.
Key responsibilities include : becoming technically proficient in applicable program procedures and requirements; reviewing documentation for completeness; assisting with fact finding and obtaining needed documentation; committing to meticulous attention to detail; executing proper documentation of review procedures and client communications; providing written and verbal data analysis; delivering status updates; contributing to driving operational efficiency; executing and delivering on engagement-specific tasks; and recognizing and actively seeking guidance from team leaders when faced with unfamiliar circumstances.

To qualify for this role, resource must have a bachelors degree, United States Citizenship, strong customer service and organizational skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to learn and use technology. Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher. Capacity to work some overtime.
Ideally, resource(s) will also have prior experience in a service delivery center or similar environment.
