Join Pediatric Home Service as a Float Nurse, where every shift brings variety, purpose, and the chance to make a difference for medically complex kids and their families across the twin cities!

THE POSITION

• Location : Minneapolis / St. Paul area (statewide travel as needed)
• Hours : Full Time Days, Nights and Weekends
• Experience : must be a licensed nurse with 3-5 years of peds experience, working with the medically complex population
• Details : work with a variety of kids, ages birth -21 years old with trachs, vents, and g-tubes

Like the changing seasons, no two days are alike as a Float Nurse. You’ll care for children of all ages with diverse medical needs — from trachs and ventilators to g-tubes — while bringing comfort, compassion, and skill into their homes.

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $45.00 to $50.00 hourly which is based on license, experience, qualifications, scheduled hours, and acuity of the client.
