Responsibilities\n\nMedSurg RNs provide bedside care for a variety of patients and execute individualized patient assessments to create an individualized plan of care. • MedSurg RNs prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications\n
• Initiate alternative action when adverse symptomology is displayed\n
