job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCollaborate with the Senior AI Consultant and business partners to identify AI opportunities and explore solutions to business challenges Design and facilitate proof of concept testing plans, ensuring alignment on problem statements and effectiveness measures Support the translation of proof of concept into scaled use, employing change management and project management best practices Assist in creating and managing portfolios of AI opportunities, prioritizing ongoing initiatives and facilitating value capture Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and project objectives Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting or strategy Minimum of 3 years of experience orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, data science, or a related field, or relevant experience and / or education as determined by the employer Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision Ability to communicate complex AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale Master's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field Certified Change Management Practitioner
