Social Media Community Manager - English role at
Social Element . Remote from the United States. Type : Part Time Hourly Paid.

We have opportunities to work with a leading nonprofit organization within the travel and tourism industry. We seek native English speakers to excite and engage with the audience in the English markets.
What Youll Do
Join the team to connect with the brands audiences for the English markets; manage and grow an enthusiastic online community.
Address customer inquiries and comments with timely, professional responses that reflect the brands tone of voice.
Engage across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to keep conversations vibrant and engaging.
Moderate communities to ensure welcoming, judgment-free, safe, and inclusive spaces.
Working Hours
We require mixed flexibility across weekdays, evenings, and weekends to cover all possible project hours, as dictated by the clients needs. Further details will be provided during the process.
Requirements
Excellent English language skills with superb writing ability.
Background in engagement, social customer care, and / or community management, either with a brand or digital agency.
Experience with social platforms (Facebook, Twitter / X, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and understanding their audiences, plus awareness of latest trends.
Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Social Sprout) and internal tools (e.g., scheduling tools, Google Chat).
Interest in California culture and the ability to learn the California brand and product offering.
Self-motivated, able to work remotely with a structured approach and maintain productivity.
IT Policy
BYOD : Your PC must meet these requirements to qualify for the process.
Operating system : Windows 11 or macOS Ventura (13) or higher with admin credentials.
RAM : 8 GB or more (16 GB recommended).
Internet : secure home broadband with minimum 20 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (50 / 5 Mbps recommended).
Storage : 40 GB available HDD (SSD recommended).
Hardware : Webcam and headset; Android or iOS device for 2FA.
Not supported : Chromebook, Linux, and Cloud VMs (local VM requires specifications and approval).
Touchscreen monitor without a keyboard and mouse is not allowed.
