Extrusion Technician (1st Shift 5 : 00AM-3 : 00PM M - TH)

This non-supervisory position, located in Delavan, Wisconsin, will care for all machine-specific functions such as startup, configuring the equipment, loading, and operating the machines, changeover, shutdown, preventative maintenance, and optimizing the machine capability. Technicians will ensure that assigned machines are running to their full capacity, oversee and perform light maintenance, and perform quality checks to drive Continental Plastic (CPC) profitability and achieve organizational KPI's and strategic objectives.
