Role

Outcome #1 : Own our product strategy — in partnership with our CEO, to extend product-market fit and grow faster. [build the right thing]

• Frame key strategy questions, decide an approach, and build a roadmap that will drive our overall product strategy. These questions include :
• Define our team and enterprise products — what they do, who they are for, and how they are positioned.
• Define the balance between single-player and multiplayer.
• Define the balance between SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.
• Define the balance between solution deepening and marketing widening.
• Continue to improve our core product through customer discovery, domain expertise, user feedback, and analytics.
