Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support our lab and customer experience operations as we launch a new program. This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence across sample intake, account management, and report delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Workflow Coordination

Collaborate with different teams in the lab to identify and process specific samples.
Organize and stage samples for laboratory processing, ensuring readiness and compliance with internal protocols.

Sample Activation & Account Management

Review digital and paper forms to determine report delivery requirements.

Create and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing and reporting.

Communication & Reporting

Serve as a primary point of contact for a small group of business partners, via email, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Communicate with clients using standardized email templates.

Monitor internal systems to track report readiness and ensure timely delivery.

Data & Documentation Management

Maintain comprehensive records in the administrative system, including report status, account updates, and communication logs.

Verify the presence of key data in cloud storage and ensure proper documentation in the relevant internal systems.

Qualifications

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in navigating multiple digital systems and tools (e.g., internal dashboards).

Ability to interpret data tables and manage information accurately (Metabase experience is a plus).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality.

Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Background in laboratory or health tech environments is a plus.
