Job Title : Restoration Restoration Estimator - Xactimate Certified

Our client provides fast, professional, and reliable restoration services to residential and commercial clients. From water, fire, and mold damage to storm recovery, our team is dedicated to restoring both properties and peace of mind.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Restoration Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you will evaluate property damage, prepare accurate estimates, and collaborate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and clients to ensure successful restoration projects delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate.

Collaborate with project managers and field technicians to ensure accurate project scope and execution.

Coordinate and negotiate with insurance adjusters for estimate approval and scope validation.

Ensure all estimates meet industry standards and company profitability goals.

Maintain thorough documentation and clear communication throughout projects.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in restoration estimating, insurance property claims, or related fields.

Proficient in Xactimate (Level 2 certification preferred).

Knowledge of restoration processes and industry standards ( IICRC certifications a plus ).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment .
